“The summary is there was a lot of talk about local areas that are up and coming and why, and that this is a great area to invest in due to the new chip plant and the nanotechnology center in Albany. They said the biggest driver in investment is good schools and things to do for all of the new workers coming to the area who don’t want to own homes but rent so they can have a great lifestyle instead of a mortgage. Saratoga, Albany and Schenectady were the major areas. Latham, Malta, and Glens Falls too.”
